Guthrie County REC holds an Annual Meeting of members each January. This event includes director elections, operations updates from key staff and directors, annual financial reports, and other pertinent business that may come before the meeting. Members are encouraged to attend the meeting where they have a voice in choosing cooperative directors and in how Guthrie County REC is governed. You have the power to discuss issues with neighbors and friends and meet your cooperative employees.
All members are notified via mail of date, time, and location of the annual meeting. Eligible voting members receive a ballot via mail and may bring the ballot to the meeting to cast your vote in person or may mail the ballot back to the office before the voting deadline.
For attending, you will receive a registration gift and free lunch. Door prizes are drawn at the conclusion of the business meeting. We hope to see you there!
