Please contact the cooperative to update any personal information on your account. Note that account ownership (the primary name on the account) or a transfer of service is different then updating your account. To change account ownership, an account must be closed and another opened with a different name. To transfer service, please contact our Billing Clerk at 641.747.2206 or 888.747.2206.
While you're away.....
Remember if you are planning to be away from your residence or business for a period of time, the electrical usage does not stop. Refrigerators, freezers, furnaces and water heaters continue to operate and register usage on your meter. Before you leave for a month or more, contact our Billing Clerk at 641.747.2206 or 888.747.2206 to assure that there will be no misunderstandings that may lead to service interruption during your absence.
