Online Bill Payment Notice
NOTICE TO OUR MEMBERS USING THE ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION
Once you have read through and agree to the following notice click the "I ACCEPT" button at the bottom of this page to proceed to the sign-up page.
Customer Account Number(s):
You will need your Guthrie County REC customer account number(s) to make online payment arrangements. Enter your customer account number(s) on the line indicated on the payment page. If you have multiple accounts, enter the numbers on the same line separated with a dash (-). The account number can be found on your bill statement or by calling one of our offices and requesting it from a Customer Services Representative.

Timing of Payment:
Electronic payments made by 7:00 p.m. CST will be applied to your Guthrie County REC electric account within two (2) working days. If your payment is due on a particular day, the electronic payment transaction must be completed before 7:00 p.m. CST two (2) business days prior.
In the event a payment is not honored, a $20.00 insufficient funds charge will be added to your Guthrie County REC electric account.
Transaction Fee:
The payment vendor charges a $5.95 transaction fee. The transaction fee will be added to your payment amount. Guthrie County REC keeps no part of this fee.

We use standard security technology to protect personal information relating to members’ accounts and billing and payment information relating to those accounts. Although we have tried to create a secure and reliable internet payment service, the confidentiality of any communication transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed by Guthrie County REC. Therefore, Guthrie County REC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for the security of any information transmitted via the internet. Guthrie County REC is not responsible for any breach of security or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain any personal information. Guthrie County REC will also not be responsible for any loss resulting from a cause over which it does not have direct control, including, but not limited to, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, or losses due to natural disasters or terrorist activity. Use of the Online Payment Option service is solely at the member’s own risk and is subject to all applicable local, state and national laws and regulations.
