RECare

RECare is a voluntary energy assistance program established by Guthrie County REC to help low-income families weatherize and heat their homes. Funds collected are distributed by a local community action agency.

You can make a one-time contribution or a monthly pledge that will be automatically added onto your monthly bill. If you would like to donate to RECare, print out a RECare form and mail it to
