Complaint Procedure

If you have a problem with a bill, high usage, service or any other matter relative to Guthrie County REC and your electrical service, please contact us either by phone, in person or e-mail. We will work with you in trying to solve your concern in a timely manner.

If your complaint is related to Guthrie County REC’s service rather than its rates, and the cooperative does not resolve your complaint, you may request assistance from the Iowa Utilities Board.
