Guthrie County REC offers a rebate program to our members. Please take time to review the rebates below so you may take advantage of the rebates.  These rebates are subject to changes without notice, so please call the office for the most up to date rebate changes and standards that must be meet. 

Special Rates

• Heat Plus - $200

Water Heating

• Premium 50-79 gallon tank (energy factor .94) $100  
• Premium 80 gallon plus tank (energy factor .92) $150

Heating Equipment

• Geothermal Heat Pump
  • Closed Loop - $350/ton + a 1 time rebate of $250 per building 
  • Open Loop - $250/ton + a 1 time rebate of $250 per building 
  • Unit Replacement - $150/ton + a 1 time rebate of $150 per building 
• Air-Air Heat Pump - $150/ton + 1 time unit rebate $100/ 14.5 seer min cooling/8.2HSPF   
• Compressor Replacement - $100 + 1 time $100
• Mini Boiler - $250/unit 

Indoor Air Quality - $50

Energy Star Air Conditioner *
$100/unit minimum SEER 14.5 and 12 EER or $150/unit minimum SEER 16.0  and 13 EER

Energy Star Appliance Rebates*

• Clothes Washer with BOTH Electric water heater & dryer (Limit one unit) - $70
• Clothes Washer with only electric water heater or electric clothes dryer - $35
• Dishwasher, Refrigerator or Freezer (Limit one unit) - $25 
• Window AC or Dehumidifier (Limit two units) - $25
