Board of Directors
A board of directors governing Guthrie County REC is elected from the membership by the members each year at our annual meeting in January.
Guthrie County REC's service territory is divided into nine districts with one director for each district. The board meets monthly to set policies and review the operations of the cooperative. The directors serve staggered three-year terms, with three of the nine districts electing directors at each annual meeting on a rotating basis.
